ORCA Business Analyst
From September 2022 to September 2023, Chris Woolridge served as a Business Analyst for FISH Inc on a one-year contract at the NOAA-NMFS Pacific Islands Regional Office in Hawaii. His role involved evaluating different waterproof tablets in offshore commercial fishing environments and training observers to use the Onboard Record Collection Application (ORCA) for data collection during these testing trips. During this time, he helped develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for at-sea tablet data recording.
