Our team has a combined 70 years of experience and provides a variety
of services for Marine Science and Fisheries in the Pacific.

FISH provides comprehensive marine science, fisheries monitoring, environmental compliance, and operational support services for government and commercial clients operating in complex and remote marine environments. We support the full lifecycle of projects—from planning and coordination through field execution, data collection, analysis, and reporting—delivering reliable, field-informed solutions at every stage. Our core capabilities include fisheries monitoring across commercial longline fleets, protected species monitoring for offshore operations and in-water construction, environmental compliance aligned with federal regulatory requirements, and program and operational support that ensures effective execution in the field.

We have extensive experience supporting large-scale federal programs, including ongoing support to the Pacific Islands Region Observer Program, where we recruit, train, and deploy monitoring personnel to meet fisheries management and protected species requirements. Our work also includes protected species monitoring for major infrastructure projects, such as dry dock

construction in Pearl Harbor, as well as fisheries research and gear testing initiatives aimed at reducing marine mammal interactions and improving fishing practices.

In addition to field operations, FISH supports the development and modernization of data collection systems, including business process analysis and the creation of standard operating procedures for electronic reporting platforms used in at-sea monitoring programs. We also provide programmatic and administrative support to federal agencies, including data management, reporting, and compliance tracking functions that support regulatory and law enforcement efforts. Our experience extends to regional initiatives focused on ecosystem-based management and capacity building across Pacific Island communities, where we support coordination, training, and stakeholder engagement.

What distinguishes FISH is our practical, field-informed approach. We understand how work is executed in dynamic marine environments and deliver support that reflects those realities—whether offshore, in port, or within program management structures. The result is consistent, high-quality performance that enables clients to execute complex missions, meet regulatory requirements, and achieve successful outcomes.
