FISH provides comprehensive marine science, fisheries monitoring, environmental compliance, and operational support services for government and commercial clients operating in complex and remote marine environments. We have extensive experience supporting large-scale federal programs, including ongoing support to the Pacific Islands Region Observer Program, where we recruit, train, and deploy monitoring personnel to meet fisheries management and protected species requirements. Our work also includes protected species monitoring for major infrastructure projects, such as dry dock

construction in Pearl Harbor, as well as fisheries research and gear testing initiatives aimed at reducing marine mammal interactions and improving fishing practices.

In addition to field operations, FISH supports the development and modernization of data collection systems, including business process analysis and the creation of standard operating procedures for electronic reporting platforms used in at-sea monitoring programs.
